Manmohit Singh Padan began his career with a simple observation: most realtors can tell you what a home looks like, but very few can tell you what it's made of. He set out to change that.
After earning his real estate license with HOMELIFE MIRACLE REALTY LTD, Manmohit went further — founding JN Construction Works Ltd (JNGROUP) and obtaining his builder's license from the Province of Ontario. He became the rare professional who can walk through a home and assess it from both a market and a structural perspective.
That dual expertise became the foundation of a unique promise: every client — buyer or seller — receives an additional 1-year construction warranty on their transaction. It's not a marketing gimmick. It's a guarantee backed by a licensed construction company.
