When you buy or sell a home through Manmohit, JNGROUP provides an additional 1-year construction warranty on top of any existing builder or statutory warranties. If a covered construction issue arises within the first year, JNGROUP addresses it — at no additional cost to you.

What's Covered

The JNGROUP 1-year warranty covers construction-related defects and issues that arise after closing. Coverage includes:
Structural Defects
Issues with the structural integrity of the home — foundation concerns, load-bearing elements, and framing deficiencies identified post-closing.
Workmanship Issues
Construction workmanship defects that become apparent within the warranty period, including issues with finishes, installations, and built elements.
Material Failures
Failures in construction materials used in the home that fall outside normal wear and tear and are attributable to construction quality.
Renovation Work
